Bigroww Vetted Partners·Freelancers & agencies

Work on briefs where the thinking is already done.

Bigroww diagnoses a business before anyone touches execution. When the work is yours, you get a client who knows what they need, why it matters, and what success looks like — agreed in writing before you quote.

Why we're building this

Most good specialists lose money on the wrong clients.

Not because the work is hard. Because the brief was never right. The client wanted ads when the phone was going unanswered, or a new website when the problem was pricing. You deliver what was asked, it doesn't move revenue, and you carry the blame for a decision you didn't make.

Then there's the unpaid part — pitches, discovery calls, proposals for people who were never going to buy. Most freelancers spend a third of their week selling and get judged on the third they were set up to fail at.

We're not in execution and never will be. What we can do is make sure that when work reaches you, it's the right work.

What a Bigroww brief comes with

A diagnosed problem, not a wishlist.

01
The constraint, in writing

What's actually holding the business back and what it costs them monthly. You start knowing why this work matters.

02
One agreed success metric

Defined before you quote, so nobody moves the goalposts to a vanity number three weeks in.

03
A client with realistic expectations

They've already been told what this can and cannot do, and what has to change on their side.

04
Scope with a boundary

What's in, what's deliberately out, and what waits for later. We hold that line when the client pushes.

05
No pitch theatre

You're matched on fit and shown the brief. No bidding against four other studios, no free discovery, no proposal written on spec.

06
You don't chase invoices

We bill the client, follow up and collect. Payment terms are agreed with you in writing before the work starts.

How the money works

We take 15%. Here is exactly what it buys you.

The client contracts with Bigroww and pays us. We keep 15% of each payment and release the rest to you as their payments clear — every payment, on a schedule you can plan around.

You set your own price. Our 15% comes out of it — you receive 85% — so quote with that in mind. Nothing changes mid-project.

What the 15% covers
The diagnosis that produced the brief
Client contracting and invoicing
Payment collection and chasing late payers
Holding scope when the client pushes
Checking the agreed metric at the end

Most independents spend a fifth to a third of their working time selling — unpaid. Fifteen percent of revenue for none of that is the cheapest business development you will be offered. If it stops being worth it to you, leave. There is no term and no notice period.

How a match happens

Four steps, and you can decline at any of them.

01
You apply and we review

A short conversation and two or three pieces of work with outcomes attached. We're looking for evidence you moved a number, not a portfolio of pretty deliverables.

02
We hold your profile until it fits

No dashboard to check, no bidding, no queue to climb. We contact you when a diagnosis produces work you're genuinely right for — which may be next week or next quarter.

03
You see the brief before you commit

The constraint, the metric, the scope and the client's context. Say no freely — declining costs you nothing here, and a partner who declines badly-fitting work is one we trust more.

04
You quote, we contract, you deliver

You set your own price. Our 15% comes out of it — you receive 85% — so quote with that in mind. We contract with the client, collect payment, and release your share as their payments clear.

What vetted means

We accept a small number of people in each discipline.

A directory of everyone is worth nothing to a client. We'd rather have four people we'd stake our own reputation on than forty we'd have to caveat.

You can point to a number you moved, and explain how
You're deep in one or two things rather than broad in eight
You'll say “this isn't the right fix” to a paying client
You communicate on your own without being chased
Small and mid-sized businesses are work you actually want
Reasons we say no
×Deliverables in the portfolio, no outcomes attached
×One agency claiming every discipline at once
×Reporting built on reach and impressions
×Work subcontracted onward without telling the client
×Long lock-in contracts as standard practice

We also remove partners. If the agreed metric doesn't move and the reason sits with the delivery, that's the end of the relationship — the client's trust in the diagnosis is the only asset we have.

Where diagnoses lead

The ten disciplines we call on most.

These are where diagnoses land again and again — and where we most often struggle to find someone we'd put in front of a client.

Paid acquisition — Meta and Google
Local and organic search
Enquiry handling and CRM setup
Conversion and landing pages
Lifecycle — WhatsApp, email, retention
Content and creative production
Website and booking journeys
Analytics and attribution plumbing
Pricing and offer design
Sales training for enquiry teams

If your discipline isn't listed and you think it should be, apply anyway and tell us what we're missing. Diagnoses regularly point somewhere we don't yet have anyone.

Fair questions

What we'd want to know in your position.

How much work should I expect?

We won't pretend to a number. Volume depends on how many diagnoses point at your discipline, and it's uneven by nature. Treat this as a source of unusually well-defined work, not a pipeline replacement.

What's in it for Bigroww, really?

The 15%, plainly. And because we only earn it while the work continues, a partner who underdelivers costs us the revenue and the client's trust in the diagnosis. Our incentive is that the number actually moves.

How the numbers work
Partner's quoted price for the work₹1,00,000
Price the client pays₹1,00,000
Bigroww commission (15%)₹15,000
Partner receives₹85,000

Partners must price with this in mind. If you need ₹1,00,000 for the work, quote ₹1,17,650.

Do I have to be exclusive to you?

No. Keep your own clients, your own pipeline, your own brand. We'd be worried if this were your only source of work.

Who owns the client afterwards?

While the engagement runs, the contract is ours and the 15% applies to work that came through us. We don't claim your relationship forever — if they later hire you for something unconnected to the brief, that's yours. We'll write the boundary down rather than leave it to good faith.

Can agencies apply, or only individuals?

Both. For agencies we want to know who specifically would do the work and whether it stays in-house. A named senior person we can talk to beats a capability deck every time.

Apply

Tell us what you move, and how you know.

Five minutes. We read every application ourselves and reply either way, usually within a week.

One request: don't send a capability deck. Send one piece of work where you can tell us the number before, the number after, and what you'd do differently now.

Bigroww — Know what grows your business.
We're looking for evidence of impact, not a portfolio.
This is the question we weigh most heavily.

No fee to join. Our 15% comes out of your quoted price — you receive 85%. We'll never share your details with a client without asking you first.

Application received.

We read every application ourselves. You'll hear from us either way, usually within a week.
